i had a good and bad experience with this company when they did  the repairs on my house after a fire. THE PROS:   he was courteous and very helpful in guiding me on what to do when it came how the process with the ins. co.  The siding his co. put on under the windows were practically falling off.  They did fix it right away.  The Cons:  the air central condition didnt work because of rusted pipes.  Mr. Church told me in a text he was going to do the work  He also told me in a letter but I the letter got lost in the shuffle of moving in boxes of furniture and a family medical emergency so I didn't find the letter until months later although he did have my cell number& knew where I lived.  I also had other problems the crown at the top of cabinets. They just feel down and no one was in the kitchen.  The other crown of cabinets fell later so the cabinets i rec'd were inferior.  The were several leaks in the home because of the pipes were rusted and leaked.  The rust was related to the fire because it was unoccupied in the winter & the work didn't start until late summer.   I had to reinsulate the house because my Gas Co. indicated that the house wasn't insulated properly so I had them reinsulate the areas the could.  He said they have never seen anything like how this home was nsulated after the fire. One or more outlets didn't work anymore, the are whole marks when they put in the windows i can cover some but some are too far up  to reach.  Mr. Church was courteous.  Just keep in mind just like a car have an impartial inspector come in and check it will save alot of money and stress.  Now i have i am fixing what i can & have to hire someone else to fix the rest  with money I really don't have to spare. I waned to share my story with anything dealing with any restoration company. I have pics, texts & notes to back up what i say.  I would use this company again because but i would be very diligent when it comes to overseeing the work and getting someone impartial  to inspect property.
