Ordered a custom sofa and was given a delivery date. The date arrived and we were told it was coming. By the end of the delivery day, no sofa. We called "It's coming". An hour later we call again," We're waiting on the fabric" How could it have been on the way when they were still working on the fabric? We now get a "so sorry". And rescheduled delivery dat. They needed four more days. Four days later same story. It's coming, It will be delivered at the end of the day... There still working on the fabric. TWICE !!!! I could have lived with the truth.... we need another 10 days? BUT NO. Jerked us around and kept us waiting.

The springs of the sofa I bought fell out of the sofa in four years. I also never received a pillow I paid for. In trying to get the springs fixed I was met with terribly rude customer service. After all of that I decided not to continue business with them. They went ahead and put my atm card through without any authorization. I never received an merchandise or service. This was in early Feb. They are refusing to refund my money it is now May 1st.. I am in the process of fighting them on this issue. In my opinion they have committed fraud by taking my money without authorization, while never having provided merchandise or any service. I would never ever do business with this merchant again. It is now May 1st. I give this a below 0 rating.
