I have been using the services of Pack & Ship for several years. They have shipped packages and provided printing services without any regrets. I was not influenced by a one time incident of 8 years ago. I have recommended Pack & Ship to many, one is an artist who was extremely pleased with the care given her paintings.

I have nothing but good things to say. My order was handled professionally and efficiently. It took hardly any time at all, the price was reasonable and my package arrived when promised. Everything was packed very well, and much better than I could ever have done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Pack and Ship Plus. In fact, I already have.

If I could assign zero stars to this business, I would. They SAT ON MY SHIPMENT for a week before boxing it up and shipping it out. Then, while I had been told that shipping charges would be "about $50", I was billed $96.00, When I questioned all this, I was given a snippy, "we're really backed up around here." NO apology. NO discount offered. I also am a small business owner, and can tell you this: If I treated my customers the way Julie treats hers, I'd be out of business mighty quick. Take my advice- find another alternative.
