I went there yesterday for my first time, and I fell in love. The shop is beautiful and the workers are so friendly!! I got pedicure and shellac, all I have to say is OMG, its so perfect!! And I know this is my only nail place that I will go from now on!!

Let me begin by saying that I have been going here for about 3-4 years and although I have not always loved my experience there, but I have always stood by them. My experience today has changed my mind and now I know I need to find a new salon. I went in for a set of gel nails and a spa pedicure. First of all I expect to pay for an experienced nail technician not a 16 year old who must be the owners daughter. Just because she is related to the owner does not qualify her to do nails. When I requested a shamrock design for St. Patrick's day she said ok, then came back & wanted to do zebra stripes. When I said no she got someone else who asked if I wanted cheetah design?? After about 3-4 people they finally found someone who could speak English, this is after everyone in the shop was looking at me. She did a shamrock, which looks like my 2 year old grandson did it. When I went to leave they thought they were being very nice by saying they were not going to charge me $5 for the design!

I came to Nail First yesterday. Get nail done for christmas party , then I got the best service with Holly. She was so nice and do great job! And very nice when owner gave to me Christmas gift. This was the first time I came here , but everything is very good for me , I am really enjoy Kathy ,she is a great boss and she always smile with me ,special I felt fun when talk with her , I liked that !! Very friendly and great service!

If I could rate this business at a -5 I would! The day after my appointment the polish chipped off my nails. Also...after my shower I noticed that the bottom of my heels looked as though it had been run through a meat grinder! When I went back to get the nails repainted...instead of telling me that I waited too long to come back with the polish problem I was told that they didn't put marble art on all my nails!....that I just got them painted clear! Tried to humiliate me in front if my child by asking me if I didn't have the money that was ok....granted I had just paid them $92 for 2 pedi's, 1 mani, fill in..marble on 1 pedi/fill in. Hold on! I forgot I paid that much without the marble fir the fill in.

I just got my nails and toes done in memorial weeken , i really like all service and nailtech over there . They was very busy but they all take good care custumer , Dennis is nice manager , friendly ... I very enjoy anytime i coming there . Thanks

The staff is very people friendly. I really enjoy Hen the manager she is very personable and usually knows everyone by name. I have always received the greatest of care and my nails and toes are looking great when I leave there! No one is perfect, so if something does go wrong they will do everything possible to correct.
