1. For years, they did not respond to almost all of my emails, phone calls, and voicemails for questions, requests, and serious resident concerns. I even went to the office to talk to them about the serious resident complaints that were never resolved.

2. 2 of my cars were keyed. 1 was badly keyed. The office did not help me to check their video surveillance recordings.

3. 1 caw was stolen. The office told me that I needed a court order for my request for them to check their video surveillance recording.

4. They were either 100% passive or passive aggressive when I reached to them many times for a long time regarding resident concerns. They never followed up with me to provide me with any updates. It's as if all of my requests went into a black hole.

5. When I had serious problems with heavy smoking from other apartments, the office ignored 99% of my emails expressing concern. I even went to the office to ask them to come to my building to see for themselves, which they did not.

I've never been treated so poorly in all my life. I was repeatedly lied to! After I went online to their website and got preapproved to rent at their community. I provided rental verification, and income verification. I was told I needed to also provide copies of my paystub's and bank statements. I provided all requested documentation. I was then told by the property management that she needed to see proof that I actually owned my business. So I provided articles of incorporation, and tax identifying information directly from the IRS. Then I was told I need to provide proof of ownership of my business bank accounts. So I provided documentation from Wells Fargo including my original signature card and a account ownership certification. The manager contacted landlord And verified eight years of good positive rental history. But that didn't satisfy her. She went on to insult my landlord by asking them for proof that they owned their own property. Not only did she want to verify me and my ability to pay rent. But she wanted to verify the assets of my landlord which is completely asinine. The verification of my landlords assets has nothing to do with my ability to be a good tenant. When I inquired as to what was the point of this additional prerequisite as I satisfied all of her laundry list of prerequisites from before she immediately became verbally combative, and irate. She ultimately hung up the phone in my face. I've never been so discriminated against in my life!
