Customer loyalty is priceless, but Barton Kennels is not going to exert much effort or energy to get your loyalty.

They do not appreciate a loyal following and I realize that they lack a certain expertise when I was there waiting over an hour in the heat for someone to open the facility (during business hours). My experience with Susan since she came on has been not that pleasant. So I YOU ALL TO KNOW honestly that this is bare bones facility, the front office stinks of cats urine and has ever since I had been bring my dog. I have had my dogs blankets disappear and I bring them to comfort her while I was away. In fact my dog lost her voice so out of desperation I used this place but no more, I would prefer a professional atmosphere and staff and I found that at a great price CLEAN AND SANITARY dog boarding, just for you BARTON KENNELS ….Thanks for NOTHING!!” FYI if they suggest BRANDON FOUCHE (that fool?) run in the other direction, that dummy will harm your dog and he does NOT HAVE CREDENTIALS for dog training, go at your own risk!

Everyone there is really nice. They gave our two dogs a nice place to sleep with a dog run. For the price, nobody can beat the entire experience. I would suggest this place to everyone and anyone. Plus you can bring your own items from home so that your animals will have your scent to sleep with (if your a bit nutty like me).
