Ate there last night. Enjoyed the steak fajitas, a very large serving and pretty tasty. Others in my party had chicken fajitas, spinach enchiladas and beef tacos. We all liked the food. All the staff are helpful and friendly, very good. But the hostess was SO cute. They should put her picture on the website.

great place to eat

Me and my family are Mexican food aficionados and have tried restaurants all over town. They have great food here and great service. We generally eat here at least once a week. Food is great with good portion sizes. Staff is friendly and company is locally owned. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Mexican food.

Busy place! Yummy thin chips and salsa. Skip the bar when it is overwhelmed with dirty glasses. Mediocre Margarita rescued by yummy chicken burrito. Lots of white meat of chicken in generous serving. Traditional Mexican decor is well done.

A BUCK FOR CHIPS!

We consider ourselves "Mexican Food Aficionados" and Rio Mirage was a huge disappointment. Friends had recommended the restaurant stating the chips were very good. My taster registered, a bit stale and greasy. The salsa didn't taste fresh, but rather canned or store-bought. The taco shells reminded me of Old El Paso from any grocery store and were served with one side resting on lettuce, soaking up liquid and therefore soggy. If you ask for ground beef, add a buck. The menu and associated prices are steep in our opinion, e.g. an appetizer is $12.00, but a salad off the menu is $11:00 plus or minus. That said, Rio Mirage has decorated the interior with taste and the privacy in our booth was quite acceptable. The cushions for each booth were superior and very comfortable. I'll choose another place for my Mexican, thank you.

New location, same great service

I love the original in El Mirage, so had to try this one. Food and service is just as great as the original, bathrooms are nicer here.Great value, incredible food, great margaritas.
