I've have purchased a couch, recliner, dresser,two beds, table, and end table in the past 5 yrs from Ashleys Furniture and I have no problems with the products! If and when I need more furniture I will be buying from them! I love the no interest if payed in full. There's a 6,12,24,36, and five year no interest plan! One to fit any persons budget! All I can say is Thank You Ashley's Home Furniture! :)

WOW!!!! IS ALL I CAN SAY.... Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. The store is beautiful and the people so helpful until after you purchase your furniture. I was assured a delivery date and that date continued to get pushed back and continued to get pushed back until here we are two months later... All I received are a bunch of empty promises and at times attitude... I tried canceling the order and they said this could not be done because I had a 48hr buyers remorse clause and it had been more than 48hrs!?! Basically any contract becomes null and void if they never deliver the furniture or you never sign the shipping slip (realized this after some research), after going back and forth with these people a representative finally said she would cancel the order with her managers permission. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FROM THE OTHER STORES Tukwila and Siverdale before ever setting foot in the Tacoma store. The furniture is nice but chances are you will be waiting months and have to put up with horrible service while waiting. It would have been much easier just going to IKEA where you are guaranteed furniture stocked and ready. RUN!!!! FAST! Don't waste your time with furniture that may never come and people that aren't helpful and irritated when call.
