      Needed hearing aids turned up in volume. Was told I should have new ones since my insurance would pay. New ones were not as good as old ones (digital in ear both sets). No on off, no 3rd channel, used batteries quicker. When I ask for volume increase am told only needs cleaning. My hearing loss is getting worse. No effort to re-test or increase volume.
