I witnessed there heavy equipment hydraulic lines break and toxic spillage went into Fallen Leaf Lake Tahoe CA. THE owner was quite intoxicated and laughed about the horrid situation. He then got some old rags & began to clean up the spillage in the pristine water . I know for a fact that this is and shall be a Hazard in many years to come . Therefore it should be handled by Professional Hasmate employees 1st and foremost Containment should be attempted. None of this was done by either persons on the job site. You certainly don't take old Gearegreasy rags to this Pristine Lake. It was a horrid accident and was not handled in a Legal or Professional manner Very Concerning.
