A Horrible Place!!!

My wife and I were refereed to come here for CVS (Chorionic villus sampling). After Dr. Angel looked at the ultrasound, he mentioned something is not right with our fetus. We were so anxious and worried. He performed CVS and told us that we will know the preliminary result in 48 hours. My wife had the test on Tuesday. On Thursday, the nurse called and gave us the devastated news, the fetus had trisomy. While we were in the state of incoherence, she gave us a name and a number to call to setup the abortion. We called the lady later that day, and she setup the abortion next Tuesday. The very next day, we called her and canceled the appointment and request to see the Dr. Angel to discuss the situation, but NEVER granted. Over the weekend, we decided to seek second opinion. On Monday, we called Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. We called back the office and talked to the nurse to request the report and a copy of ultrasound on CD, she said that we can get the report but NOT the ultrasound, they don't put the ultrasound on CD. We did some research and asked people around, and we called back the next day to request a copy of ultrasound on CD. This time, the receptionist won't let us talk to the nurse saying that she has busy schedule, and told us that she, herself, will handle our concerns. We asked her why they can't copy the ultrasound on the CD, the receptionist told us that they are NOT capable doing so. I told her that my wife's doctor would like to see the ultrasound. She asked me why the doctor wants to see the ultrasound, and demanded my wife's doctor name, and told us that if my wife's doctor call in, they will release the ultrasound. When I heard that, I know they are capable to copy the ultrasound on CD, they just don't want to give it to us. They just took our patient's rights away. We then consulted with our friend who know about legal stuffs, and have our friend called in request for the CD. Finally, they gave us the CD the next day when we came in the office to pick it up. When we signed out the release form, they acted like nothing ever happened between us.
