The girls in the office are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Even when I forget to place my order, someone always calls me to remind me so I won't miss my delivery. They are there rain or shine and always friendly and willing to help. Other distributors pale in comparison to PFL.

They have an awesome customer service team. With all the struggles the company has had, the one constant is the caring attitude they have. However, their accounting department leaves alot to be desided. Credits are always an issue, but eventually they get it worked out. My driver is always considerate and helps with the big bags.

WASTE OF TIME. Not one person that I have spoken with seems to know what is going on. No one returns calls about all the confusion they cause. I have never dealt with such a company that is so annoying in all my life! I will look for food else where!
