I really appreciated that the person i needed to diagnose two plant issues had a Horticultural Degree. Shawn broke down what was happening to my plants and then formulated a plan to rid one of a disease and the other plant of a pest. Great Job Guys!!

Stopped by on 3 Aug 2013, told a young employee "I'm looking for small hardwood trees and shrubs for bonsai." She answered "I don't know nothing about trees. I only work here on the weekends." I went out back by my self and found a Ginko tree. I asked an adult employee "What's the price for the Ginko tree?" "I don't know nothing about trees." Strange that this place sales trees but no one knows nothing about trees I commented. The lady took me to ask the tree expert. I asked him "I'm interested in the price for the Ginko tree." "We don't sale Ginko trees." He answered in a rude manner. By this time I'm fed up so I tell the less than nice tree expert. "Okay since you don't have a Ginko tree, how about if you help me throw the Ginko tree that's not here over the fence and I will get rid of it for you." I walk towards the tree and showed it to Mr. Tree Expert and he said "Well I guess we do have a Ginko tree. It must have come in in a shipment by mistake." I went ahead and ask Mr. Tree Expert, "Can we put a price to the Ginko tree that's not here?" He was close to me but decided to ignore me and address another worker. "You can call and ask how much they will sell it for but I think that they will say $65." My top blew off and I told Mr. Tree Expert, "That's a lot of money for a tree that's not here." and walked away. I will not recommend this business to anybody.
