UPI feels that each of our Associations is a separate business that requires individualized attention. We manage your property from an owner's perspective to become familiar not only with the property, but also with the Association's goals and needs. We believe customer service and accountability are the most important aspects of our business. UPI's philosophy is "meet or exceed the contractual promise of each client." This attention to detail has helped to make UPI one of the most respected property management companies in the Tampa Bay Area. As part of an effort to ?go green?, our company has implemented a four day work week. Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 7: 30 a.m. until 6: 00 p.m. Because many of our clients work Monday through Friday from 8 until 5, this change allows them to visit our facility without having to arrange time off from their jobs. This convenience is much appreciated by homeowners who need to pick up a key or drop off an application.
