      De la Tierra is an eating establishment that offers dinner options. The restaurant serves scallops, summer rolls, barbecued ribs and steaks. Its menu includes chicken, mushroom and prawn dishes. The restaurant also serves stone crabs, roasted bison filets and crispy skin snappers with potato cakes. In addition, De la Tierra provides a dessert menu that includes green tea, hot chocolate, fruits and caramelized pineapple cakes. It has been recognized as one of the world's best new restaurants by the Cond Nast Traveler magazine. The restaurant is managed by El Monte Sagrado, which features more than 80 guest rooms and suites.
