Horrible...

This shop was a great facility in the past. The ownership changed as as a result everything changed. The people you deal with initially are extremely knowledgeable. They promise to fix everything to better than factory original. This couldn't be farther from the truth. My brand new truck had been brought in to be fixed. The first time I picked it up the car was a 20 footer. Meaning from 20 feet away it looks great. When you actually looked at the work it was appalling. You could see the filler, hadn't been sanded at all, dust particles in the paint. To sum it up, BAD. After all the promises of how great it would be it was the exact opposite. The day I picked it up and noticed the poor work, I was told "oh ok" guess we'll have to fix it. I was shocked at the apathy. This was after almost 2 weeks with it. Another week and a second try at it yield a fair job. The problem areas were cleaned up but the sanding job left very little paint. All in all the experience was plain terrible. If you want your vehicle to be fixed back to original spec, don't bring it here!

Makes regular autobodys look like shed (some are)



This place is fast and they do quality work. Most repairs done in a week. Best shop in town.

If there was an option to give this place no stars I would. This place took my car in and let it just sit for two weeks before doing anything with it. They didnt do the repairs according to the estimate. The car had to even go back to the shop after being returned to me. They lie about everything also. I suggest you never deal with this company.
