I have lived here for 5 years, it is a very nice home, very spacious, with the basement, 1.5 bathrooms and 1200sqft. People keep to themselves, however, do speed, but the speed bumps take care of that. I would recommend.

I can honestly say after finishing over half of my lease that this is by far the worst home I have ever rented in my life.



There are more problems with living here than I even have the time to list but here's a few just in case you're wondering: massive craters in the parking lot, no parking lot lights, no street lights, deteriorating American flag out at the entrance, maintenance that won't fix a roof that has been leaking since Christmas Eve of 2014, home in severely poor condition before even moving in, serious pest problem outdoors, the central air doesn't work and if it does it is extremely energy inefficient, break in's to vehicles, no security (no matter how much they say there is), obnoxiously loud and rude neighbors, inconsiderate office staff (don't worry they're friendly until you sign your lease), awful and literally impossible to contact management company.



I have about 20 more but don't take my word for it. Read some of the other reviews and heed my warning when I say to look elsewhere, such as Copper Tree on the other side of Taylor or literally ANY other place than this. At $900/month you can do far better than renting from this conglomerate piece of s*** company/complex.

Terrible fridge has been freezing food for over a year never replaced it. A/c has not been fixed since last year
