I was referred to S&D from my friend and and neighbor. I am so glad I followed his advice! Great customer service Keith Hackleman!! The job was done correctly and efficiently. i.e., I called S&D after another plumber told me I needed someone who could detect the leak in the slab. They were friendly enough on the phone so I made an appointment for the only day I could be home this week, which was the following afternoon. I left work early and rushed home and waited and waited. Finally I called and was told it would not be possible today and they would reschedule for tomorrow. I told them never mind and hung up. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. They obviously have no regard for the customers time so I will be calling elsewhere. A local favorite, or highly recommended because
