      Rude, overpriced, obnoxious.

      They have a fantastic selection of overpriced items and a very knowledgable staff of pretentious elitists. I've seen them use lowly pressure sales tactics on less knowledgable customers. However, they are local and reliable and if you don't like the even more impersonal world if Internet shopping then they are good enough.
