Richard Jordan is the owner of the business and has over 40 years experience as a plumber. When I was a small child I was learning the plumbing trade from my father who was also a plumber. My wife Tammy is the office manager and has many years experience in customer service and scheduling appointments I have had commercial and residential plumbing companies in for the last 15 years but decided that service work was what I need to be doing to help my customer’s one on one with their plumbing problems .
