I woke up to a freezing house and found that I had no power to my furnace. I called their office and the girl set me up with a 1 hour guaranteed appointment. The tech was there when they said he would be, which was a pleasant suprise. He found that I had a burnt wire at my electric panel and made the repair. He also pointed out I had some other problems in the box so I had him fix those also. I was very happy with the fast responce and the electrician Victor, was very good! I would reccomend them to anyone.
