Provided by YP.comWhen we were attempting to get our bands the line was extremely long and there was only one attendant that was providing bands for 4 different parties. This really cut into our party time the party was only 2 ½ hours; this cut into our time significantly.
The service was HORRIBLE! Each party package comes with the service of a hostess however, I could not find mines half the time. I later was informed that some of the hostesses did not show up that day, however, that is their problem not mines. I paid my money so I expected full service to be provided. I spent most of my time looking for my hostess and as a result of their poor service I never even got a chance to skate with my son. Although I paid for a host, I spent the day doing her job. The packages come with 2 slices of pizza per child and unlimited drinks. Well considering that the hostess could barely check in on us, as she was too preoccupied, guests of the party were really thirsty. It is their policy to only have a pitcher of soda and water on the table, which would’ve been fine if she was around to replenish them. Considering that the party room itself appeared to have issues with its air conditioning, my guests were not only hot, but were thirsty as well. People who did not even skate, were sitting there fanning their selves with plates and wiping their face with tissue. Some guests left early because they could no longer take the heat. Additionally, I had at least 25 guests, so one pitcher of soda was not sufficient. As a result of a lack of communication between the front door and my hostess, I was cheated out of pizza. Each child was to be given 2 slices of pizza; I paid for additional guests at the door. The woman at the door requested that my receipt be kept there so that my hostess could keep track of the party. After speaking with my hostess she told me to provide her with my receipts so that she knows how many additional slices to get. I was overly annoyed by being told two different things by the employees and as a result some guest did not get their additional pizza or no pizza at all which was something I had already paid for. Additionally, not only was I to be given additional pizza for my guests, my hostess also forgotten that she was supposed to bring me additional party bags as well. It got to the point that I had to speak with the manager on duty that day to even get my extra party bags.
My hosts continuously tried to serve me burned pizza. I am not sure if my hostess or the kitchen staff is blind or what their issue was, but I am sure if they were paying for something they would not accept a burned pizza. I had to send the pizza back twice.
When transitioning from eating pizza to singing happy birthday I assumed my hostess would clear the table of the pizza plates, however, once again she was gone and once again I was doing her job. I spent my entire time at this venue searching for my hostess, ensuring my guests got their pizza and checking on services that should’ve been provided the entire time. My son was so thirsty that I had to go to their vending machine to buy him a $2.00 sprite. The party was a waste of time and money. I spent almost $400 and was perturbed with the lack of service provided. I felt that I should’ve at least been given some of my money back. All they could tell me was that they were sorry, and were under staffed that day. However, that wasn’t my issue, it was theirs, and given the circumstances they should’ve been obliged to return some of my money since they did not provide adequate services. I spoke with their manager and was told that all they could do was invite me and my guests back on them for a do-over. My son’s birthday has passed, considering my experience; I would never come back and encourage anyone having a party for their child to find another venue!

Provided by YP.comI went to my grand daughters cousin birthday party last Saturday. There was no coordination once you got there for the party. The party room was over crowded children skating all over the place in the party running into everyone. Why have skating in the party room when there is a skate floor for you to skate on. It was pure CHAOS!!!!! I would not recommend a party for my child there. Laurel skating rink is a little farther but it is the place to go for your child party. The service is great and the party will be well coordinated!
