Unfriendly, unwelcoming, & dirty! When EMPLOYEES come out of coed bathroom they DO NOT WASH HANDS (let a lone flush) before returning to their work stations. I have seen personal trainers & sales staff do this then touch clients. Staff visits with staff & not to clients; cleaning staff doesn't clean. Corporate gym rules are not followed or enforced. Lots of theft from locker rooms. Takes forever for machines to be fixed...staff could care less about putting "out of order" signs them. Expect someone to sit on equipment forever while they chat on phone instead of working out & staff does nothing to remedy. Club does not close to do "super cleans" & will send a mountain of dust down on you or spray chemicals on you while working out--usually one a year, before/during Discovery Channel's Body Challenge. Cleanning stations are never stocked & most of staff just put tap water in spray bottles. I was on a month-to-month, when I quit in writing & still rec'd billing notices for 2yrs
