I got up one Friday morning and went to take a shower and discovered I had no hot water!I called 3 plumbers. 1 could not get here until sat. 1 could not get here until next week, and the 3rd did not answer. I called Harold and he said he could not get here until after lunch.He got here that afternoon and worked on it until I had hot water again. Later that night I thought it had stopped working again and called Harold. He said if it was not working he would come back on sat and check it.I ask him if it would be at after hours rate and he said no he would pick up like he had never left. Harold will get my business from now on!!!!
