Best Friends handled the cremation of my beloved Smokey, after a recommendation from my veterinarian. I was very pleased with the professional service, care, and handling of his remains. I sincerely appreciated that they saved his whiskers for me and included a personalized certificate, poem, and words of encouragement. I also liked reading their personal story about how they started the business in honor of their pet loss. Although I wasn't there during the cremation, I know that they put care and love into the service as they would've done for their own pet. Thank you.

We had the devastation of having to put down our family cat, Numpkin. We were using the vet services of the Titusville ASPCA who referred us to Best Friend Cremations with her remains. They took care of everything and called us when it was time to pick her ashes up. My whole 9 years with Numpkin, I would always find her whiskers around the house and I would always announce it to my husband and kids, Look! A Numpy whisker! And they would always wonder how I could miraculously find them. After she was gone, I was going crazy just to find one. I never found any and I was so beside myself with grief for that small thing that I would never see a Numpy whisker ever again. When we picked up her ashes I was incredibly happy - not only did they put her in a nice little Baggie with pull strings, they put in a couple of different poems/nice sayings and they clipped her whiskers and tied them together with a little bow! Such a great service and I couldn't have been more pleased!
