No warranty! Lost a lens within a year, want to charge me half the cost of the entire purchase! No warranty!

at first, they were good, awesome prices. i bought two frames from them and lenses for my older frames i had. the two new frames got scratches on the immediately. the coat started coming off within a year. and they wouldn't replace it which is ridiculous because it wasnt my fault. to top it off, they were adjusting my old frames, and BROKE the arm of the frame. they were my favorite ones. I could have freaked out on them but I didnt. they said they would purchase new frames for me. a week went by and heard nothing. they said they were trying to get in touch with a "rep". i saw them on sale at other stores on the internet so I didnt know what the hold up was. so a whole two weeks went by without those glasses, i was so annoyed. So I picked them up, got in my car and looked at them in the light. They were the SAME old frames I had. they just put in a new arm. they said they were going to give me new ones in the first place. the lenses are the same, with a few scratches on it thats how I knew they were the old ones. They are the ones that broke it, THEY inconvenienced me and didn't do anything to keep me a customer there. they are cold there and inconsiderate. They look at me like I am one of those "annoying " customers. I am in the process of finding a new doctor

Great service and prices. I will not go anywhere else.

Really expensive and not a friendly service rates went up alot i used to pay $80 for my contacts which lasted 6 months now i payed $95 for just 3 months
