Really long wait for appt. most of the time, regardless of what your appt time is. The first time I was there I waited for an hr and 15 minutes past my appt time to be seen. This is not the biggest problem I have with them though. I was set to have surgery, went in to have my pre op, went back, they acted as if everything was normal, and by the time the dr cam back 30 minutes later mind you, he came in and told me they were not going to take my insurance because they filed it wrong when I first started going there and I had to start paying out of pocket if I still wanted to be seen, and my surgery was cancelled. This was 2 days before my surgery!!! I am angry because now I have to start over with another dr, and I can’t get another appt for 2 months. They didn’t even apologize for their error.
