On August 26 I had set up an appointment with Truzone to snake the slop sink next to my washing machine. There was yellow sludge that had backed up. Alex was prompt, courteous and efficient. He also noticed that I need to have the faucets changed that go to the washing machine. They were changed more than 20 years ago and need updating due to some corrosion.

I also made an appointment with him at that time to change one of the outdoor faucets since it was impossible to put the water on without considerable effort. He did that today and also found out that the electrical wiring in my basement is anitquated since he couldn't use his light unless the A/C was running! The outlets near the furnace have no power unless the A/C is on. My house is over 60 years old and I'm pleased that Alex was able to trouble shoot the situation and let me know how it needs to be remedied.

Alex is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I recommended him to a friend who had an emergency late on a Saturday. He came immediately and resolved the problem. He is also very patient, answering all my questions.
