Parking We validate for 1 free hour at either the Towson Library Parking Garage, located on Chesapeake Ave., or the Cinemark Parking Garage, located on Delaware Ave. A validation on Saturday will give you 3 hours of parking! Metered parking is also available nearby, including directly across the street on northbound York Rd. Metered parking is FREE on Sundays and after 6pm from Monday through Friday.
