My experience with Hamilton Pet Meadow was very disappointing. At this difficult time, there was little to no communication provided to me regarding the status and handling of my poor dog. I was told, upon making the cremation request, that I would receive a phone confirmation when my dog was picked up from the veterinary hospital. I waited 48 hours, then had to call to confirm that she had been picked up. I was told that she was awaiting cremation, and that they hadn't processed her yet because they weren't sure if we wanted to be present to view the cremation. Upon advising that I would be unable to attend, I was told I would receive a phone call once she was ready to be picked up. 3 days later I had to call to find out what was going on. This is unacceptable handling for someone grieving the loss of a pet.
