High costs; Every time I went to pay my monthly rate they quoted an erroneous price which was always several hundred dollars over the corset amount. I had a $160 charge for electric bill for a 27 foot trailer using a portable electric heater and furnace???? This plus $495 space rent... Then when we went to leave they told us they made up a new rule about giving two weeks notice and I would not receive owed rent money??? They appear inept, but may just be ripping everybody off! The park is a nice park, Troudale winds are bad there ripping off trailer parts... Don't be deceived. Highest park in Portland...
