Developed as an alternative fitness studio for women only, the Girl Spot management is committed to providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment for women. Since it's inception, the studio has introduced pole fitness to women of all ages, shapes and sizes. The business continues the thrive, adding classes in other disciplines to expand the fun.
