I would be extremely careful of this pharmacy. They lose hard copies of prescriptions and cannot refill without calling the doctor. Since the uses a computer don't understand that. Pharmacists and pharmacy techs both are rude, careless and have no customer service etiquette. If you have all day go and get your prescription filled if not you might want to find another pharmacy.
