I actually was going to another shop that worked on my Mercedes and I wasn't happy with them at all. My friend was actually the one who referred me to Autohaus. I recently went to have some work done on my car and they were wonderful. Like alot of people i don't know a ton about cars but they took the time to explain everything that was going on and actually show me what was happening so I could see with my own eyes which no one has done before. They fixed it !! My prized 1999 500sl is back on the road thanks to Marcus and the folks at Autohaus Tucson. A number of other local shops couldn't seem to get to the bottom of a tough repair, but the Autohaus guys did. They were very professional and kept me informed as the process went along. I have a Mercedes 500sel. I have been having trouble with the car not starting at times, and am afraid to drive the car out of town. I have taken the car to other repair shops with no luck. No one was able to repair the car. I took the car to Marcus the owner and told him my concern. He called me back and told me it was a difficult repair , but they solved the problem and completed a repair.I was so thankful,because I was going to California that week-end to get married!
