Even though they didn't have the best pricing, we had a window replaced several months ago by this company because they were recommended by our neighbor. With the heat of the summer, we had no reason to open our window after it was fixed, however, the first time we opened the window in the fall, it fell apart. We can only open it six inches and now it won't close either. I called because I feel this contractor should honor his workmanship even though the work was done prior to summer, and I was told we just should have called earlier (within the 90 day warranty period). I never received any "warranty" statement, and in any case, the inferior workmanship wasn't discovered right away due to lack of use. This is just poor customer service in my opinion, and I won't do business with this company again.
