      I will never recommend K-9Kruiser.My puppy was not groomed properly and was brought back to me unfinished.
      The manager needs to be retooled as to how to deal with clients. He doesn't know about dog breeds. Changing prices that were agreed upon is not good business practices.
      My puppy was stressed when brought back to me.
      The groomers need to be better trained along with the manager.
      I give a poor rating.

      Our company has been in business for over 18 years. All our groomers have over 10 years experience. Pricing is based on information provided by the pet’s owner over the phone and is only an estimate base on the information given, so it helps to be honest and represent the true weight and condition of your pets. Even still, based on your only expressed dissatisfaction being with the price, we agreed to except payment for the price quoted, which you paid, and then promptly cancelled the check. We are sorry to now learn that you were so dissatisfied with other things which you did not bring to our attention at the time.

      Best of the Best Groomer

      I have been in Tucson for less than 4 years. K9 Kruisers is the 4th mobile groomer I have tried since living in Tucson. My groomer Amanda is an excellent groomer. She is great with my 2 dogs and does a wonderful job grooming them. Yes I am probably picky but the 4th time was a charm! I am very happy with the service I have gotten from K9 Kruisers.

      This is a family business that comes with the best of knowledge on how to treat their customer's as well as your pet. It was a stress free grooming for my poodle Izzy and the price was absolutely fair. I was so pleased every time with the quality of care and knowledge and trust they gave me. I have recommended them to all my friends & family and continue to do so. I was so happy that I tipped the groomer double of what I intended to. Always remember to tip your groomer !!!!! :-} Mobile Grooming is the Best !!!!
