Super response to unexplained explosion of floaters in my right eye!

Thank heavens for Pearl Optical! I have been a long time patient so naturally when I had this episode with bursting flashes and floaters in my eye I called the South Center office. I was seen right away and my eye was evaluated thoroughly. Fortunately a torn retina and other serious conditions were ruled out. I have since recovered and am so thankful for Dr. Heil and his team!

My most recent visit to Dr. Heil's Southcenter office was an extremely pleasant one. I was greeted by a welcoming staff, all of whom were positive and helpful. The pre- screening was done quickly by the staff and the doctor saw me right on time, for my appointment. Dr. Heil's exam was comprehensive and he answered all of my questions re: the results of the exam. I was excited to choose my new glasses from his extensive collection, including some really impressive new brands. I received my new glasses in a timely fashion and I'm enjoying my new and improved view!

I've been going to this eye doctor for many years now and am prompted to write a review based on the wonderful experience I had again this year with them. Dr. Heil does a very thorough eye exam and explains the results to me clearly and answers all my questions. They have a cool machine called an Optomap that takes a picture of your retina - and allows the doctor to get a digital image of your eye. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I love their selection of glasses. I've recommended this office to my friends and they have all been pleased too.

Best eye doctor I have been too. Dr Heil is an amazing individual quick and persice service and fun while he is doing it!! Highly recommended to anyone!

It has been a disaster so far, we don't even have the glasses yet. I will update this review once we get the glasses.

In the mean time, avoid this place at all costs!



Update:

This place completely took advantage of my wife. She simply said she wanted the new glasses to be like her old glasses. Line less bifocals and progressive tinted lenses. Instead of getting progressive tinted, they gave her the crap anti reflective coating, and then refused to do anything about it! Already at the lab, too late. My wife paid cash, so no recourse.

Avoid this place!

They do not stand behind their work.
