I went to several different car lots and most cars I've seen were dirty, some even filthy but I bought one at Auto Factory and all the cars at this lot were so clean. I bought a Honda Accord and it drives fantastic. I highly recommend this lot for their huge selection of Honda and how clean their cars are. Tony

I drove 4 hours from Kansas to go see a Toyota Solara from another dealership in Tulsa, in the pictures it had very good pics of the exterior but no interior and I know why now because after I got there and checked it, it was awful inside and dirty so I did a search for Toyota Camry and it kept bringing up Auto Factory and brought me to their website. I was so amazed of how nice their website was and how they had a picture of every angle of each car and how clean they were. I visited Auto Factory and the staff was super nice and the Owner knew everything about each car and even offered us a Carfax History report. I ended up buying a 1999 Toyota Camry From Auto Factory and it drove very nicely but mostly impressed with how clean the car was for the age the car. This car lot also had an entire row of Toyotas unlike most other lots with just one or two. Highly recommend this car lot. AJ.

Bought a car for 5000$ three days later check engine light comes on and car breaks down on 169. Called owner all he said was bring it by they will put computer on it and tell me what parts I need. I'm not a mechanic and not paying to tow a car across town for it to not get fixed. My mechanic found 4 bad sensors and said they had been reset. It cost me 750$ with parts and labor plus after checking front end they found a piece of a curb stuck in the front. Now the car idles really rough and shakes at high speeds and all the owner could do was say he was sorry, and that his mechanic thought itWas a sound car. Any good dealer would offer a trade or to pay half the cost even to fix it. No wonder he took 1000$ off the price. Next month two front shocks and a broken strut will hopefully fix it.

I was at another used car lot in Tulsa and was looking at a Honda Civic and asked the owner if the timing belt was replaced and he told me yes yet there was no documentation or anything to show that, he basically lied about it just to get me to buy the car so I didn't. I went down the street and visited Auto Factory and was amazed to see how many Hondas they had, I looked at a 97' Honda Civic and asked the owner Bruce the exact question I asked the previous lot I visited and he told me, honestly, he does not know for sure but understands the importance of having that timing belt done on a honda and offered to pay half the cost to get the timing belt done if i bought the car. His mechanic Modern Imports did the timing belt and water pump for just $400 which he split the cost with me. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommed anyone to shop at Auto Factory. Tom!

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The lot porter that went on the test drive with me was super nice and helpful. Cars here are so clean and with Carfax, biggest selection of used hondas than any lot I've seen! Bought a 97' Civic here and I love it that it was a Carfax 1-Owner! I bought a 01' Honda CRV from Auto Factory and I absolutely love it, I looked at a few other cars at Auto Factory but I really love this CRV I bought. The cars here are so clean unlike most lots, they are even cleaner than several I've seen at a new dealerships. This lot has a Carfax for every car they have it seems like which is the reason I bought a car here. I highly recommend Auto Factory!

I was so frustrated car shopping until I visisted Auto Factory in Tulsa on 11th Street near Memorial, when i got to the lot the entire front row was full of Hondas, probably 25 of them, I knew I was at the right place. The other side of the lot was full of Toyotas and all the cars are so clean unlike other lots I've visited. The sales staff was very nice and patient, not pushy like other lots. They offered us a Carfax report for each car we looked at and we ended up buying a 97' Honda Civic and a Toyota Camry for my daughter. The owner gave a very good deal for buying 2 cars. I highly recommend Auto Factory and will visit them again if I need another car. Shannon.

I was at another car lot and was looking for an import such as a Honda or Toyota and had asked for a Carfax and the salesman told me since this car was under $5000 he does not offer a carfax, I mean, what difference does it make how much the car is, I still would like to get a carfax, I was going to buy from this lot because I really found a car that I liked but since he wouldn't offer a carfax to me, I ended up at Auto Factory with a similar car and they had a carfax provided to me and it was a 1-owner vehicle and even though I only bought the car for $3500, they still provided me with a Carfax which documented several major maintenance records including the timing belt and water pump. The staff was very patient and helpful, I ended up with a honda civic coupe and highly recommend this lot. Auto Factory also has a huge selection of imports especially Hondas. I would buy another car from this lot. David

I am a huge Honda lover and have been all over town looking for a Civic and every lot I looked at had 1 or maybe 2 hondas on their lot and none of them provides a history report or CARFAX but I found Auto Factory and I loved this place, they had probably 25 Hondas on their lot which I got to test drive several of them before purchasing a Fantastic Honda Civic that was a CARFAX 1-OWNER car and it reported on the carfax all the maintenance records including the timing belt and water pump being replaced which was crucial in my purchasing decision. The owner was very nice and very helpful and was very patient with me in letting me test drive several Hondas before making my decision. I was very pleased with my purchase I recommend anyone who is looking for an import especially a Honda to check this place, best selection of imports in town. Kent!

I've been looking for a dependable Honda or Toyota for a while now and have driven all over town to look for one and it seems like most lots have either 1 or 2 Hondas or Toyotas until I stopped at Auto Factory. They had a huge selection of Hondas and Toyotas and it was very nice to see that they had the prices on each car unlike most lots, this makes it easier to shop and the owner was very nice and helpful. I bought a 1999 Honda Accord for $4950 and asked the owner if he knew if the timing belt and water pump has been done yet, he was very honest and told me he was not sure but told me if this is very important to me, he would have his mechanic do it and he would split the cost with me. I was very happy with the car and happy with the service. I will recommend Auto Factory to my friends and family.

I drove by at least 15-20 lots in tulsa and most of them do not have the prices on the cars, when you ask the sales people, they all wanted to play games and were rude but at Auto Factory on 11th street, all the cars had prices on them so you know what to work with and the owner there was very helpful and very nice. I was looking for an import like a camry or accord for under $5000 and this lot had nothing but imports so I was thrill unlike most lots I was at where they have 1 or 2 imports on their lot. I ended up purchasing a toyota camry and it drives great. I highly recommend Auto Factory, the prices are excellent, no games, great service and lots of used imports to choose from. When my daughter turns 16 in a year, I will come back and buy another car from Auto Factory.

i.e., A loIf you want even a decent car, DONT GO TO TULSA AUTO FACTORY. I drove over 100 miles and test drove 3 different cars just yesterday. They all were in need of serious cosmetic and mechanical help...The manager is rude and unfriendly when you ask about some of the problems the cars have. For giggles I asked what he would give me for the car I drove to the lot. He offered exactly half of what it is in KBB, he also seemed almost insulted that I was there to possibly trade and not just buy one of his crappy cars out right. So save your gas and dont go out of your way to see the lousy junk at this lot!
