This store is quite possibly the most poorly managed guitar center I have ever done business with. The customer service seriously lacks anything that is close to being reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable, when you can find one to help you. I have consistently ran into problem after problem whether it involved a return with receipt or a simple purchase of guitar pics. It was hard to make this decision because I like guitar center but I will definitely never return to do business with this particular store ever again.

Provided by YP.comGood selection. Like the review before, What they don't have, they can get for you. Spend a lot of time in the back with the PA/keyboards/lighting guys. Those guys know what they're talking about. I have never been anything but pleased with the service I have had there. If you want to spend some uninterrupted time with one of the sales associates, I would recommend calling ahead of time to let someone know you are coming. They have a tendency to get a bit swamped on weekends and the evenings and it is sometimes difficult to get one on one time with one of their guys to make a larger purchase.

Provided by YP.comBy and large this GC has very good service and conscientious management. My stepson bought a 'special model' of guitar that turned out to be a piece of junk - couldn't hold tune, the Floyd Rose Just. Wouldn't. Stay. fixed - and the manager, Kenny, bent over backwards to make it right. They honored the 30-day-return guarantee without question. Their selection of upgrade parts (pickups, bridges, &c.) is a little sparse, but they will special order anything you want.
So in summary... management is good, selection is okay, service is excellent, prices are decent, but... there is one guy named Sean (middle-aged, amber glasses, slicked hair) that you should AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
