I have used KC photo for years and been satisfied with their work until the last year. The last couple times I have goen prints done they have been horrible. The sides look like a 1st grader cut them and the colors are off and when you ask for an 8x10 you get something like a 8x14....which you cannot find a frame for. Their costs are accurate for a GREAT photo shop but these prints aren't worth 50 cents! After being so dissappoined i asked for a refund and that RUDE woman said NO! A good business stands behind their name and if someone is unhappy they make it right because it doesn't just stop with one person because people talk. I am open to showing anyone and everyone these horrible prints tha cost me $50 that are unusable!
