Simply the best buildings for the price in Tulsa. Me and a co-worker both built pole barns with Midwest in the same month and could not be happier. The people were friendly and listened to every detail. The structure and materials are top of the line. Thanks Midwest

MIdwest did a good job buildin...

MIdwest did a good job building the pole barn but they didn't do a good job following instructions. I laid out the location of the holes on the ground with a paint markers. The first hole was on the existing asphalt and the others would have been on the outside. Midwest started in the wrong location and therefore drilled all the holes on the asphalt and therefore I lost one foot of width on the asphalt. Midwest drilled all the holes for the building and did not plan on cleaning up the debris left from the drilling. This should be common practice in this industry, you make a mess, you clean it up. After the setting poles and pouring the concrete, eighty percent of the holes were not flush with the ground. When I requested the holes be filled in the owner/ supervisor became very angry but agreed to fill the holes.During the project the agreement was make a deposit after signing the contact, make another payment (half the amount of the contract) when the project started and the remaining balance when the project was complete. I made the first two payments as agreed but after completing the project the owner/supervisor calls at 6:00 am to request final payment. Wasn't a good morning, I'm finished with the project, can you come in and make the final payment. It was "you need to come make final payment today."Bottom line I would not use this company again because their professionalism stinks and I don't think MIdwest cares if they get repeat business

When choosing a building contractor, you choose do I want contractor that is appreciative of my business and cares if I'm totally satisfied or do you want a contractor that conduct business like I'm doing you a favor to work on this project,"so pay me"
