I have Dr Wallace and have nothing but good things to say about him. I would have given 5 stars but some of the people there do need to understand that I am not a criminal, just a person in pain.

The worst experience ever!!!! Tracy White tells you NOTHING. I figured everything out myself.
Every month if is a struggle to renew prescription!!!! Always a new problem. I can NEVER get a live person on the phone even to schedule an appt. They never return phone calls.
My scripts were late at least half the time and all the girls at the front can say is "well we have 10,000 (yes ten thousand) prescriptions every month!". Here's some advice; downsize or hire more help!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Dana A. about Dr Wallace's assistant Kendra. She is rude and snide. I use the think the world of Dr. Wallace but that have wavered dramatically.

HORRIBLE, DR Wallace assistant thinks she is a doctor, she treats you like a criminal. She is beyond RUDE! This office is the worst Doctors office I have ever been in. I would not take my dog there for treatment. Pain Management, what a joke. Do not waste your time or money.

I have had chronic pain sense my back surgery. Dr. Scott Anthony is the only one who has been able to get it to manageable levels. He is booked six months in advance but if I have an emergency he will work me in. He comes in early and leaves late. There is no one more dedicated to his job then Dr. Anthony.

I have been going to pain management of Tulsa for over a year, in that time I usually got very excellent care. Then they hired a bunch of new people, the care went downhill fast!!! They have been so rude and inconsiderate, so uncaring, and not following protocol on a few issues. Hassles getting scripts filled that had been written weeks earlier, had to be re-written and took weeks to get redone, and rude rude rude rude!!! I left very unhappy with the whole lot of them!!

Stay away at all cost

Just so you know it will take at least 3 office visits to get your meds increased and they do the most expensive detailed drug tests available. I have done 3 in 2 months and they cost $575-$640. Your also subject to testing when picking up scripts which they don't tell you. The drug test is a gc-ms that's used for pro athletes and will detect toxins for 10-20 times longer than a normal test. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
