Very RUDE and expensive!! Do not give them any of your money.

This doctor charged my wife "100 dollars in professional fees" we have never even heard of that. Our insurance coveres routine eye exams and we still payed 100 out of pocket plus the contacts were also 3 times more expensive than ordering them straight from 1-800 contacts....

Dr. Rachford has been my eye doctor for two years now and I could not be happier. I have always been told one thing concerning my vision but never felt like it was the correct answer. My first visit he listened to my problem and let me know after a few tests what was wrong. He fixed it easily with an adjustment in my lenses. Now I can see better than ever. As long as I live here in Twentynine Palms I will remain a loyal customer.
