I can't stress how thrilled I was to learn that Natural Grocers was coming to Tyler, TX. We have very few actual health oriented food stores in our little town.I signed up, got a loyalty account, which netted me nothing.I went in late one Saturday afternoon, and using my debit card, I paid for a $40 cash payment to me.Sunday morning, I woke up and realized I didn't recall getting that $40. I called as soon as they opened and was told the manager wouldn't be in until Monday but was assured that said Manager would call early the next week. I waited until toward the end of the week, and went in to clear up the matter. Marlene, the Manager, wouldn't even speak with me. I sent the receipt to her and she send word that no register had ever been $40 over.My advise to shoppers, "Go to Drug Emporium" just down the street, like I do now, or at the very least, "Guard you wallet closely" and most of all, don't get a cash advance on your debit card.My advise to Natural Grocers, check what's going on in that store. I don't like or cheat and I don't like being treated like one. My advise to self was best of all. I was going to buy a 2.75 lb bottle of Magnesium Flakes for about $30. I came home so mad I went online and found a quantity of 25 lbs for $53.25 including shipping.Thank you Natural Grocers. I've learned my lesson and will shop ever more onine.
