I thought I would try the meats and was greatly disappointed. We had some steaks the were Black instead of Red so I called them and they said they would replace them. I was fine with that, however he did not show up at the time set. I called the Corp office and Jack said they would get this fixed - that was over a week ago. Last night I spoke to him again last night and he promised a call back in 15 minutes. Nothing. Now they will not answer the phone. I will report them to the BBB and Attorney General and probably file a claim with my Credit Card. So sad.
