They no-showed an appointment - no call, no apology. We rescheduled and the technician just said "I had other appointments." He then turned around and walked out of the house without repairing the washer. I spoke with Michelle multiple times, who said she would figure out what was going on and call or text me back. Never received a response from her. Very poor service.

Baker&Kincaid were here over a month ago. they were to come back when parts came in for the dryer and dishwasher still haven't heard anything from them. They were paid $150.00 up front and we've been trying to call and text them but get NO RESPONSE!! they have a great way of doing business don't ya think? I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!!!!

This service call was for Select Home Warranty. The technician arrived within the time period quoted on the phone and had things figured out quickly. He explained what the issue was with my washer and what he was going to do to repair it. Good service guys who can actually fix things are getting to be a thing of the past. I would recommend using Baker and Kincaid Appliance Repair.

Choice Home Warranty sent me to Baker & Kincaid for the covered repair of my dishwasher. Called to set up a repair for my dishwasher. Girl on the phone was nice and took down my information. (be sure to have your model number of your appliance - they need that to do repairs) The technician was about 15 minutes behind schedule, but knew exactly what was wrong, removed the defective part, and replaced it within a few days. Dishwasher is working again and I didn't have to buy a new one.

Called and scheduled an appointment for repairs to my dryer. They were here the next day on time and it was fixed quickly. My wife was happy and so was I because we have 3 kids and lots of dirty laundry piles up quickly. Will call again if anything breaks in the future. Thanks Baker & Kincaid.
