Ran out of heat yesterday sometime when I was at work.called for emergency heat didn't get served until 1 o'clock the next day,and the delivery man didn't know we were completely out and apologize for that how could he have not known unless they never told him.we were very clear that we had no heat.very unsatisfied with this company.
