I attempted to place an order for a small wedding at Nemacolin as this was the reaccommodate florist by Nemacolin wedding staff. I first called and was told I could come in any time that I did not have to have an appointment. I did question this but, was reassured no appointment was needed and I should come at my convenance. Well, I traveled an hour and a half to arrive and be told the wedding florist designer, Bill, was not available and did I have an appointment? I was slightly upset and I was informed by the women at the counter I should call to make arrangements as she could not help me at all. She also took all my contact information. Needless to say a week passed and the florist did not call me. I then called the florist and I was told the floral designer was busy with other things and could they help me over the phone. At that point in time I decided I would not have then help me at all. Complete waste of time try Bartons or Giant Eagle, they deliver too.
