JCM Associates provides mechanical services throughout the Washington, D.C. Its services include new construction, renovation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems for planned, design/build and assisted commercial and high-rise residential buildings. It provides mechanical estimating services for various building applications including medical laboratories, office spaces, hotels, universities and high-rise residential buildings. The company has completed various projects that include the Federal Gateway, Bell Lincoln School, American Red Cross, Strathmore Concert Hall, Department of Transportation Tenant Phase, Central Intell Agency and the University of Maryland Bioscience Laboratory.
