UNPROFESSIONAL When I first met Chuly in March 2014, she seemed to be the perfect event planner for my (35th Old Hollywood Glam Birthday Affair) I was having on Sept.20th, until I had to start chasing her for things like: when is the deposit due, how much is the deposit, does your fee include a set up charge............ and wouldn't hear back from her until 3-5 days later and when I did hear back from her she wouldn't even answer my questions. Fast forwarding to August 29th, I texted Chuly to ask when would be a good time to talk, she responded around 9ish because she's getting her nails done. That wasn't a problem, so I called around 9:15-9:30 to only get her voicemail and I left her a message. Sept. 2nd, still not having heard from her I texted her again saying: I never thought it would be this difficult to speak to you. She then responds: she was away for the weekend, she was on a mini vacay and she's renovating blah, blah, blah as she went on. She then says I can give you her

First I can't agree or believe on client below , CK Creations by Chuly has done an amazing job at my daughters Sweet 16 , her honesty , her work , her talent. I guess we all are able to express ourselves but I am one happy client and will continue to use and recommend CK Creations By Chuly for all my future events.

I've used ck creations for two events and although there were little bumps in the road, like showing up an hour before the event or not picking up their chairs until a month after the event,I must say I was pleased with the outcome and continued to use them. For my sister in law's first baby shower I reached out to Chuly from ckcreations to ask if she will do a candy station and that the event would be in Brooklyn. I texted her early May and the event was in July..she said she'll do it. I only wanted decorations and balloons for the candy station but Chuly offered to get the candy as well. I visited her at her shop on two occasions to work out the details all was good, I asked about the cost and she said she would get back to me..that's usually the way she conducts her business so at that point it was ok. The week of the shower I started noticing strange behavior from Chuly. She didn't respond to my text or when she did it would be days later. I was a little leary at that point but figured if she was unable to do the candy station she would be professional enough to say and I would be fine with that. The shocker was two days before the shower I was emailed a contract. Although at this point I was annoyed by the service I signed and faxed the contract the day before the event. Chuly communicated with me asking the time needed to be at the event. On my way to the shower I texted her to say that I was on my way.I never got a response and that's where it started...phone call after phone call and no response from Chuly. She had every opportunity to pull out but instead built my hopes up and was a no show. I still haven't received a phone call and instead she blocked me on instgram so I wouldn't write a review.very classy..you would think I did something to this woman..needless to say I would never use ck creations again and they lost a very good customer with alot of business referrals.
